We supply cafés, restaurants, and independent retailers across South Florida with roast-to-order coffee, dialed-in espresso profiles, and reliable same-week delivery. Wholesale is our core, not a side line.
How it works
From first email to standing order
Getting set up takes about two weeks, most of which is us making sure the coffee is right on your equipment before you commit to anything.
01Tell us about your program
Send your machine, weekly volume, and menu. We reply within one business day with tier pricing and a few origin recommendations built around how you actually serve coffee.
02Cup and choose together
Come to the Wynwood tasting room, or we ship you samples. We cup the roster side by side and pick the espresso and filter lots that fit your bar — no default house blend forced on you.
03On-site dial-in
We set your grind, dose, ratio, and water against your machine, then leave a printed recipe card. We re-check as the beans settle over the first two weeks, on the house.
04Standing roast day
You get a fixed roast-and-deliver day each week across Miami-Dade and Broward, so the coffee on your bar is never more than a few days off the drum. Scale up or down anytime.

Volume-tiered pricing
Pricing steps down as your standing order grows, with bags, espresso, and filter all quoted on the same ladder. Request the current sheet and we send it the same day.
Same-week Miami delivery
A predictable weekly roast-and-deliver schedule across the metro. Outside Miami, we ship roast-fresh via ground with the roast date on every seal.
Custom & private label
Established accounts can commission a house blend or private-label bag — a cupping session, then a few roast iterations until the profile is locked.

What is the wholesale minimum?
Wholesale accounts start at 5 lb per week across any mix of origins. There is no long-term contract — the relationship stays month-to-month, and you can scale volume up or down as your service demands change.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Pricing is tiered by weekly volume, with the best per-pound rate unlocking at higher standing orders. Bags, espresso, and filter lots are all quoted on the same ladder. Request the current wholesale sheet from the contact page and we send tier pricing the same day.
Do you deliver in Miami?
We run same-week delivery across Miami-Dade and Broward. Accounts get a standing roast-and-deliver day each week, so your coffee arrives on a predictable schedule. Outside the metro, we ship roast-fresh via ground.
Will you help us dial in our espresso?
Yes. Every new wholesale account gets an on-site dial-in session: we set your grind, dose, and ratio against your machine and water, and leave you a written recipe card. We re-dial on the house whenever you change equipment.
Can we get a custom or private-label roast?
Established accounts can commission a house blend or a private-label bag once we understand your program. It starts as a cupping session in the Wynwood tasting room, then a few roast iterations until the profile is locked. Ask about it in your wholesale inquiry.
